The Kontinental Hockey League has once again determined and announced the best players – this time for week thirteen.
The best goalie – Alexander Yeryomenko (Dynamo Moscow) who won two games on the road while one of them was a shutout against Salavat Yulaev Ufa. The veteran goalie who’s turning 41-year-old in April faced 71 shots, turning away 97.18% of them. His GAA stood at 1.00.
The best defenseman – Igor Ozhiganov (SKA St.Petersburg) who earned three points (1G2A) in the three games he played last week. He recorded nine shots on goal, a positive rating of +4 while managed to lay four hits, block two shots while averaging 18 minutes and 23 seconds of ice time.
The best forward – Damir Zhafyarov (Torpedo Nizhny-Novgorod) who’s team earned three victories in three games as the player earned six points (2G4A). The forward is currently holding a ten-game scoring streak. He made 17 shots, blocked four shots, and earned a positive rating of +6.
The best rookie – Ivan Chekhovich (Torpedo Nizhny-Novgorod). He managed to score five points (1G4A) last week. The 21-year-old ended up being +5 for the week, recorded four shots on goal, and blocked two of the opposing shots.
