Hello everyone.
The pandemic has driven everyone nuts in ways that we may never fully understand. Juggling all sorts of beat jobs, many sports, and this thing called life pales in comparison to what so many others have endured over the past 13+ months.

Ep 45: Canucks, Islanders, and The Boston Bruinsby Full Press Coverage on January 26, 2023 at 6:26 am
In this episode, Jim and Chris discuss the latest with the Canucks, […]
So to quote John Wick…
“I’m thinking I am back.”
That’s correct. Fantasy Hockey X will be relaunching in the next few weeks as the regular season transitions into the postseason. It will be a nice time to reset things, recap what happened in 2021 and look ahead to yes, second season fantasy hockey.
Dear fantasy hockey community, I never left. It has been a crazy ride these past couple of decades in the business. Here on Full Press Hockey, we will be making fantasy hockey more of a priority in the coming months. As the 2021-22 NHL season approaches and beyond, FPH will continue to bring you unadulterated straight fantasy hockey talk.
There will be articles and podcasts and all that fun stuff. However, the best part is this.
BRING THE QUESTIONS, BRING THE HEAT!
That’s right. It will be all the usual fantasy hockey talk but the frankness and snark turned up a few more notches. After all, most have high expectations.
So what Fantasy Hockey things will return?
That is a great question. Obviously, the injury recaps (yes, the Injury Ninja too) are coming back. The social media presence will be there as always but tied into Full Press Hockey via podcasts as well as articles. Yes, this will be as inclusive as humanly possible.
There will be a focus on the minors as well and yes, Women’s Hockey. With so many people to be thankful for that are in this business, there will be a way to pay things forward. Expect some unexpected guests along the way as well.
We need help to make this all happen. Honestly, the more people that jump aboard, the better. It is about community. The idea is an almost 24/7/365 approach. Offseason? Hell, there is no more offseason.
That feeling of community is the biggest thing to return. It has been missed. It will not be anymore. There will likely be cameos and appearances on other Full Press Hockey podcasts as well.
The Daily Fantasy, dynasty, and year-only advice will only grow. We may even bring back the “tiers”. After all, rankings do one no good if your players are taken before you even select someone in your drafts.
There will be live podcasts with drafts as well. We will dig into this like we always have. All in, no retreat, no surrender.

What Fantasy Hockey On Full Press Hockey Needs From You?
That is the most appropriate question, right? First, there probably needs to be some humble forgiveness from myself to experts, readers, etc. Again, I have been a little overly busy. No one is the same person as they were before March of 2020.
We ask for a little bit of patience. Yes, it is a big ask and that is understandable.
Simply. It is time to hit the ground running. Let’s get this started.
