SEASON SYNOPSIS
In the 2021-22 season, the Henderson Silver Knights finished sixth in the Pacific Division, sneaking into the newly-expanded Calder Cup Playoffs after finishing first in their inaugural season. A key component to Henderson’s success? Goaltender Logan Thompson, who split time between the Vegas Golden Knights and the Henderson Silver Knights last season before backstopping solely Vegas in 2022-23, assisting the Golden Knights in eventually capturing the Stanley Cup.
The absence of Thompson was sorely missed by Henderson, whose ninth place finish out of ten AHL Pacific Division teams placed them well outside the postseason. The Silver Knights finished with a record of 29-38-5 and just 63 points in the regular season. It was Henderson’s first time missing the playoffs in three years of existence.

Just for the record, the Henderson Silver Knights had seven goaltenders who played in games that counted against their win-loss records in 2022-23. For what it’s worth.
Forwards Gage Quinney and Sheldon Rempal each produced 60-plus point seasons for the Henderson Silver Knights. Quinney posted a total of 64 points, while Rempal finished just behind at 63. Both players tied for most goals on the team (25) while Quinney (39) edged out Rempal (38) for most assists.
